Christian Lynch started Phase 2 Coffee Co. in Kansas City in 2019 as a mobile coffee business from day one, not an add-on to a shop. It now runs three espresso carts with a La Marzocco machine, an event director and a trained barista team, and has served more than 500 events. Brands can wrap the cart, print logos on cups and put their logo on the foam. Clients include Meta, Google, T-Mobile and Live Nation.
