Eden Coffee Co. is a St. Louis espresso cart founded in 2024 by Alyson Goforth and Jenn Hively, a mother-daughter team with 30 years of combined event and nonprofit fundraising experience. Alyson learned coffee behind the counter at Upshot Coffee, and every event pours their own Goforth Blend made with Upshot. They brand bars, cups and latte foam, and serve MLB teams, touring artists and production crews backstage.
