About Lemon Bean Coffee
Lemon Bean Coffee is run by Ashlee, a former Starbucks barista, with her husband. She started pouring espresso as her church's unofficial barista in 2021 and turned it into a mobile cart for Southeast Missouri. The business is named after her Sheepadoodle, Lemon. Each guest gets a hot or iced espresso drink from a custom menu of flavors the host picks.
