Fika Coffee KC is a mobile coffee cart run by owner Rachel Miller, who has more than 16 years in hospitality. The name comes from the Swedish custom of a break for coffee and a sweet treat. Rachel makes her own syrups, like cardamom and maple brown sugar, and each private event gets a custom drink. Clients shown on the site include Commerce Bank, JE Dunn, Lockton, T-Mobile and the Kansas City Royals.
