Victory Coffee Cart is run by Stalina Castro, a Houston native from the East End who is the barista and face of the business. She and her husband built the cart by hand. Beans are organic and roasted in Houston by Greenway a few days before each event, and drinks use natural ingredients. Clients pick six drinks from the menu for unlimited hot and iced service.
