Re:defined runs a café in Grapevine, Texas, with private rooms for meetings and parties, and sells freshly roasted specialty beans online. Its mobile espresso bar brings trained baristas to weddings, offices, conferences and brand activations across Dallas-Fort Worth. Cups, menu boards, signs and the cart can carry a company logo or a couple's monogram. The Dallas Producers Association books the cart for its convention every year.
