Salt Coffee is run by Tanya, who has worked in coffee shops since 2018 and later worked as an event consultant in the Jacksonville wedding industry. Reviews name Tanya and David as the owners. The cart pours beans from Flamingo Coffee Roasters, a local Jacksonville roastery, and every espresso menu comes with four house-made syrups. The name comes from Matthew 5:13 to 16, which shapes how they serve.
