About Take A Shot Coffee
Renzo Alcala and Lisbeth Hernandez started Take A Shot Coffee in Orlando in September 2023 with one espresso machine and one cart. It now runs several carts with trained baristas for conventions, trade shows, corporate events, weddings and brand activations. Beans come from Central Florida roasters, and carts, cups and menus can be branded for sponsors. Clients include Rolls-Royce, Humana, AdventHealth and Orlando City SC.
