L'Authentic Blend was founded in 2016 as Cafe a la Carte. It serves espresso drinks from an Italian machine on a hand built mobile bar, along with French crepes from family recipes shared by one of the owners. Its organic, fair trade Sumatra beans are roasted locally in Ventura for each event.
