Omar Fawzy and Hadeel launched Fez in 2022 as a private corporate coffee cart. Omar grew up with coffee in Egypt and studied the craft in Sydney. Fez now runs more than 20 carts and 50 baristas across the Bay Area and Chicago, pulling double shots on La Marzocco machines with house-made syrups and ceremonial matcha. Tech companies, investors, brand teams and couples book them.
