Inbetween Coffee Co. is owned by Mackenzie and her husband, Andrew, and started as a dream after college. They are based in Bryan and College Station and have served more than 100 events and 10,000 cups, from Texas A&M events to weddings. Drinks use specialty-grade coffee and natural house-made syrups, and the Brown Sugar Cinnamon latte is the top seller. The cart can pour 50 to 150 drinks an hour.
