Espresso Elegance was started in Seattle in 1989 by Terry Patton, a former family and marriage counselor, with one cart a friend built in his garage. It is now a family-owned business with more than twenty espresso carts, full-time event planners and baristas trained in manual espresso and latte art. Every cup, lid and stirrer is compostable. Clients include Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, Nordstrom and REI.
