Brew Peddler is run by culinary professionals trained at The Culinary Institute of America, with past work at Ritual Coffee Roasters, Altura in Seattle and Bouchon Bakery. They began as a mobile espresso bar in Spokane and later opened a cafe on E 29th. They roast their own beans, even the hazelnuts, and make their syrups, ganache and caramel in house with local honey and produce. The cart doubles as an Italian soda station.
