About Covet Coffee
Covet Coffee started at Florida Gulf Coast University, where the team built and tested the business through the school's entrepreneurship program and raised seed funding from local investors. The founders have years in the local coffee industry and have competed in Florida specialty coffee. They pour Take Two Coffee, Rishi teas and Minor Figures oat milk, with unlimited drinks during the event.
