Break Coffee Cart is run by Tony and Sarah, a husband-and-wife team who met in 2019 when he was a barista in St. Augustine and she was a regular. They pour Resident Coffee Roasters beans from Gainesville with Wainwright Dairy milk and house-made syrups. Along with the espresso cart they run a tap cart for cold brew and matcha, bottled lattes and a latte art printer. Clients include Brooks Running, KB Home, Morgan Stanley and J.Crew Factory.
