Bitter Sweet Coffee & Ice Cream is a mobile coffee and ice cream camper in Iowa, owned by Cassidy, who launched it in 2022 with support from her husband Kane. The camper, called Sweetie, serves handcrafted lattes, cold brew, coconut milk lemonades and ice cream from Dan and Debbie's Creamery. A smaller espresso cart and an ice cream cart, both called Bitty, fit tighter event spaces.
