How quote requests work

A planner found your cart on Coffee Cart Directory and asked for a quote. You are listed for free: no commission, no fee per lead, and nothing to sign. Here is what a request holds and what to do with it.

What you get

An email with the time to reply by at the top, the event in one line, the planner's details and how they would like to hear from you, then everything they told us: the date, guests, hours, drinks, venue, power, budget and their notes.

What to do, within 24 hours

  1. 1

    Check your calendar

The date is at the top of the request. If you can't do it, say so, so nobody is left waiting.

  2. 2

    Send your price

Use Send my quote in the email, or reply to the planner directly. Your reply goes straight to them.

  3. 3

Reach them the way they asked

Each request says whether the planner prefers email, a text or a call, and the best time. A text when they asked for one gets read.

Planners usually book one of the first carts to reply. How quickly carts answer will count in how the directory orders them, and carts that keep missing a day lose Verified by LocalEyes when we check again.

What a good quote includes

  • Your price for this event

For their guest count and hours, not a starting price.

  • What's included

How many baristas, how many hours, cups, lids and napkins, and the menu.

  • Your travel fee

If there is one. Planners compare totals.

  • Whether the date is open

Say it first. It's the first thing they need to know.

Not available?

Tell the planner, or reply to us and we will. A kind no in a day is better than silence, and it never counts against you.

Update your profile

We wrote it from your own website. Send us what to change, new photos or prices, and we put it live within a few days.
