Winter Swan Coffee was founded by Quynh Bui, who left the corporate world and started the mobile cart in 2022. It now runs a coffee shop on Russell Street in Rochester as well as the cart. The menu draws on the coffee culture of Vietnam and Southeast Asia, with flavors like pandan and Dalgona. Both an espresso bar and a matcha bar can come to events.
