About Thunder Coffee
Thunder Coffee started as a mobile coffee cart with secondhand equipment and three menu items, serving pop-ups, corporate events and farmers markets. It opened its first café in West Fargo in 2019, began roasting its own beans in 2020 and added a shop inside Brewhalla in Fargo in 2023. USA Today readers voted it one of the 10 best independent coffee shops in the country.
