The Curb Cafe was started in 2024 by lifelong friends who grew up in Sandwich on Cape Cod, after they found a mobile coffee trailer for sale. The trailer is self contained, finished in whitewashed paneling, and sets up in under an hour. They pour coffee from Three Fins, a Cape Cod roaster, and use compostable cups, lids and straws.
