Slow River Coffee is owned by Sid and Kathy, who have served coffeehouse drinks in Idaho's Treasure Valley since 2014. After years serving downtown customers, they moved to a catering and limited event model. Their coffee truck runs on batteries instead of a gas generator, so it is quiet and has no fumes. They pour single origin coffee from local roaster AfroPhil and can serve up to 75 people an hour.
