Piecewise Coffee opened in 2019 in Cayce, and brothers Jacob and Zach Kirby bought it in 2022. They now run cafes in Cayce and on Devine Street in Columbia, pouring South Carolina roasters like Methodical and Junto. For events they offer bulk coffee delivery, custom packages and a mobile coffee bar.
