Park & Perk is run by Matt Fouse, a Baltimore artist who bought a Vespa Ape online, sight unseen, and found an espresso machine inside. The Vespa is off grid and solar powered, and the fleet now includes two espresso bars, a solar espresso tricycle and a transit van. They roast their own organic and Fair Trade beans.
