About Mayday Coffee
Austin Piona opened Mayday Coffee in downtown West Chester in 2023, after growing up in Philadelphia and spending more than five years in California. The café pours Valor Coffee and also sells fresh flowers. For events, Mayday brings compact coffee carts or its larger coffee trailer, with professional baristas and a full espresso and matcha menu. Netflix, lululemon and Anthropologie are among the teams it has served.
