About Lima Coffee Roasters
Diego and Amanda Lima founded Lima Coffee Roasters in Fort Collins in 2018 as a family business. They roast at their Midtown roastery and run three coffee shops in town, and their Wilder Garcia Geisha won Gold at the Global Coffee Awards 2026, US and Canada edition. The coffee cart brings a barista from those shops and the same coffee to weddings, offices, schools and private parties.
