Hampton Coffee Company is a family-owned roaster that opened in a 1940s service station in Water Mill more than 30 years ago. It now runs cafés across the East End, a roastery in Southampton and a custom Mercedes Mobile Espresso Unit with its full espresso bar inside. The wrapped van works alone or with their breakfast and lunch catering, and real baristas pour Italian style espresso from small batch, mostly Direct Trade beans.
