Fort Smith Coffee Co. is owned and run by Gabe and Kaity Gould, a veteran and woman-owned business. They began roasting in their kitchen, started selling at farmers markets in 2014, and opened their first cafe in a 1928 filling station in May 2017. They now run three cafes in Fort Smith and serve only coffee they roast themselves. Their mobile barista cart brings two baristas and espresso drinks to offices and events.
