Flatlanders Coffee is a mobile coffee catering company founded by Ryan Dillon, who started in coffee at Starbucks in 2021. They pour espresso from Joylight Coffee Roasters of Topeka, and every syrup is made in house. The team scales service for conferences, trade shows and multi-day events, and also runs chamber coffee and networking mornings.
