Espresso Nerds is a Richmond coffee catering company started by baristas who spent years behind specialty bars. They serve from a converted Japanese kei truck outdoors and an espresso cart that fits through standard doors and elevators indoors. Every shot follows the same recipe, 18 grams in and 36 out, and the syrups are made in house. Offices, conventions, campuses, markets and couples across Central Virginia book them.
