Coffea Roasterie has sourced and roasted coffee in Sioux Falls since 2009. The independent team of about forty runs three cafes, a roasting lab and a bakery. For events they bring an espresso cart with a barista, or a fully equipped vintage coffee van that only needs a place to park.
