Café Fuerte is run by Ben and Jessica, and started at home with an old espresso machine from Ben's father. Jessica had the idea to turn it into an event business, and they built the carts, service and branding together. They are based in Eugene and Springfield and serve events across Oregon. Their carts fit through standard doors and elevators, so they work well indoors.
