About Boxwood Coffee
Boxwood Coffee opened its first café in Summit, New Jersey, in 2014 and roasted in a garage at first. It now has a second café with its roastery in Westfield, where it roasts every bean it serves. For events it sends a mobile cart with a commercial espresso machine and a barista from its own café team, and it runs two carts for big conferences. Teams at lululemon, McLaren and DoorDash have booked them.
